11. Erroneous Records

If Nest Finders erroneously reports information to a consumer reporting agency, we will promptly correct the information in our records and request that the reporting agency correct their records as well. In cases of dishonored checks, erroneous records will be deleted after the error is confirmed by the customer or a law enforcement report is provided.
